Many people misunderstand this and often overlook the risks.
In general, if you have previously had nose filler injections, you cannot undergo silicone rhinoplasty immediately.
A proper assessment and preparation of the nasal tissue are required to prevent complications such as silicone deviation, extrusion, or postoperative inflammation.

Why you should not get rhinoplasty right away
• Remaining filler may still be present in the tissue
Even after several months, some types of filler—especially non-dissolvable ones—may still remain, causing uneven tissue and inflammation when silicone is inserted.
• Higher risk of infection and silicone displacement
Undissolved filler can trigger infection or push the silicone implant out of position.
• Increased chance of deformity
Existing filler may have stretched the nasal tissue, making postoperative shape prediction less accurate.
Safe approach
• If the filler was HA (Hyaluronic Acid):
Dissolution with Hyaluronidase is recommended, followed by a recovery period of at least 1–3 months before rhinoplasty.
• If the filler was permanent (e.g., Silicone / Paraffin / PMMA):
Surgical removal by an experienced surgeon is required, and the tissue should heal for at least 6 months before undergoing augmentation.

Summary
“Previously had nose filler” → Rhinoplasty should not be done immediately.
Filler removal and proper evaluation are essential to achieve a safe, long-lasting, and beautiful result.
