Days 1–7 After Surgery

Apply a cold compress around the nose and eyes during the first 48 hours to reduce swelling and bruising.

Sleep with your head elevated using two pillows or by slightly adjusting your bed to minimize blood pooling.

Avoid touching or adjusting your nose, as it may cause the implant to shift.

Take all prescribed medications as directed, including anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics.

Avoid certain foods such as fermented dishes, spicy food, alcohol, and cigarettes.
Weeks 1–2

Begin applying a warm compress to help bruises fade more quickly.

Have your stitches removed as scheduled (usually around 7–10 days post-surgery).
